We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who loves helping young children learn, develop, and flourish during the most important years of their education.

The school is looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and a nurturing approach to the classroom while working closely with teachers and support staff to create an engaging and positive learning environment.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Supporting children within the Early Years setting to learn through play and structured activities
✅ Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
✅ Delivering engaging activities that promote curiosity and independence
✅ Supporting phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and communication development
✅ Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
✅ Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
✅ Assisting with observations and monitoring pupil progress

We're looking for:

⭐ Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
⭐ Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, EYFS setting, or primary school
⭐ A warm, caring, and patient approach
⭐ Strong communication and teamwork skills
⭐ A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life
⭐ Someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young learners
