Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (Multidrop) Minimal to no handballing
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: £17.37 to £35.16 p/h (includes rolled up holiday pay)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Day and Night shifts (various start times) occasional weekends
Experience: 12 months Class 1 experience is essential
Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Manchester to work with our client who is the global leader in the logistics industry.

£19.05 Days Overtime After 8 hours (Holiday Roll Up)
£21.29 Nights Overtime After 8 hours (Holiday Roll Up)
Weekend rate subject to change after 12 weeks.
HGV Class 1 Driver - The role & responsibilities:
About you:
You will have a can do and approachable attitude.
You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience in commercial driving.
You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
As a professional driver, you will have a good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and be able to manage your hours accordingly.
You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.

HGV Class 1 Driver - The role & responsibilities:
- Driving a Class 1 vehicle
- Multidrop deliveries and pallet collection
- Curtainsider work
- Loading and unloading with the use of Tail Lift and MHE
- Conducting Vehicle Checks via mobile phone App
- Industry standard paperwork and vehicle checks will also be required.
