- Digital and Social Media Metrics - Review various digital and social media applications & learn best practices & key metrics to measure including Google analytics.
- Understand how to measure the value of digital media strategies
- Understand how to work with and use Candi, Crazyegg MailChimp, Facebook Boost, Web User Testing
- How to create revenue from social media marketing
- Learn to understand online marketing KPI’s and how to create specific marketing projects around these KPI’s.
- Track, measure and increase customers, sales and profits
Main Responsibilities Include:
• Work collaboratively with digital & social media & marketing teams to ensure strategy is effectively reflected through the website
• Engage in regular monitoring to ensure that the website remains current and relevant
• Monitor and troubleshoot web information architecture, navigation and disability access issues
• Advise internal marketing team on issues related to content.
• Reorganize, add, and edit content across the website as needed.
• Build new web pages in the content management system (CMS)
• Create new page types
• Work as a critical member of the communications staff to support and enhance marketing, communications, and public relations activities through online efforts.
• Collect, present, analyze and utilize web metrics to enhance the online efforts.
• Other Web, online and communications duties as assigned
Person Specification
• The candidate will be able to demonstrate their interest in internet marketing
• Individuals must be able to explain and/or demonstrate that they possess web knowledge, skills
• Familiarity preferred (not essential) with standards and practices in Web development, information architecture, typography and user experience design.
• Experience creating responsive web sites and mobile sites.
