Protocol Education is looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to support welcoming nurseries across Worcester Park. Whether you're experienced in Early Years or looking to build your career in childcare, we'll help you find a nursery where you can thrive.

What you'll be doing

Supporting babies and young children through play, learning and everyday routines.
Creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
Encouraging children's confidence, communication and early development.
Helping with activities, mealtimes, outdoor play and daily care routines.
Working closely with nursery practitioners to give every child the best possible start.

What we're looking for

Experience working with young children, or a genuine passion for Early Years.
A warm, patient and caring nature.
Someone who is reliable, proactive and happy to get involved in every part of nursery life.
Great communication skills and a positive team spirit.
A willingness to learn and develop your skills within Early Years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
