Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Protocol Education is currently seeking caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in supportive schools across Mitcham (CR4).

The Role

• Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support both inside and outside the classroom
• Assisting pupils with their learning, social development, and emotional wellbeing
• Helping to implement behaviour and support strategies
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to support pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, either in schools, care, youth work, tutoring, coaching, or similar settings
• Is patient, resilient, and nurturing
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is able to remain calm and adaptable in a variety of situations
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
