Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Mitcham for a full-time, long-term position starting immediately.

The Role

• Full-time Year 1 class teacher position
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Long-term role running until the end of the academic year, with potential for extension

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within EYFS or Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passionate about supporting children's academic and personal development
• Committed, reliable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
