Sports Graduate - SEND Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is working with SEND and SEMH schools across Morpeth and Cramlington seeking energetic and resilient graduates to support pupils with additional needs.

Location: Morpeth & Cramlington
Contract: Full-Time

Many pupils respond positively to active, engaging role models who can help them develop confidence, teamwork and self-esteem.

Your coaching background could make a huge difference in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
Delivering mentoring and intervention sessions
Promoting positive behaviour
Supporting classroom learning
Encouraging participation and confidence
Building strong relationships with pupils

We're Looking For

Sports Science Graduates
Sports Coaches
PE Graduates
Individuals with mentoring experience
Positive role models with strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
