  • Can build positive, trusting relationships through consistency and empathy
  • Understands the importance of following behaviour support plans and safeguarding procedures
  • Works well as part of a wider school team
  • Has a positive attitude and is committed to helping every child succeed

Experience in specialist schools, alternative provisions, residential care, youth work, mental health support or similar settings would be highly valued.

What the school offers

  • A supportive and experienced leadership team
  • Ongoing guidance and training
  • A collaborative approach to behaviour support
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child's educational journey
