The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with students who require additional academic or pastoral support.
- Support pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH needs.
- Help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
- Work closely with teaching staff, SEND teams and pastoral professionals.
- Create positive relationships that help students thrive academically and socially.

We're Looking For
- A degree in any subject.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, patient and proactive attitude.
- The ability to build professional relationships quickly.
- Resilience, adaptability and enthusiasm.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
