We've got a lovely opportunity for an experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming, small primary school in Westerhope this September. It's the kind of school where teamwork comes naturally, the children brighten your day, and your organisational skills will be genuinely appreciated.
If you're confident using SIMS and have previous school administration experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Being the friendly face that welcomes pupils, parents and visitors
- Managing attendance, admissions and pupil records using SIMS
- Supporting the Headteacher and school office with day-to-day administration
- Handling emails, phone calls and general enquiries
- Helping to keep the school running smoothly behind the scenes
What we're looking for:
- Essential: Previous school administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of SIMS
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A warm, professional approach and the ability to multitask in a busy school office
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
