The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
- Support pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and additional learning needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Build strong professional relationships with students and staff.
- Support student wellbeing and engagement both in and beyond the classroom.
- Contribute to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
