Youth Worker Teaching Assistant – Newcastle upon Tyne (Full-Time)

A specialist SEMH setting in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Youth Worker Teaching Assistant to support pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement in school.

Your ability to build relationships, remain calm under pressure and act as a positive role model could have a significant impact on a young person's future.

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Pay: £92.63 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Supporting pupils throughout the school day
Building positive and trusting relationships
Supporting emotional regulation

Delivering mentoring activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
