We're working with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Newham looking for a talented Design Technology Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.

Whether your specialism is Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, or a combination of DT disciplines, this is a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of designers, creators, and problem-solvers in a well-resourced department.

What you'll be doing:

  • Teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 opportunities

  • Contributing to the continued development of an exciting DT curriculum

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Has experience teaching Design Technology in a secondary setting
  • Brings energy, creativity, and strong classroom management skills
  • Is passionate about helping young people develop practical and technical skills
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
