Due to an increase in SEN needs across our mainstream schools in Newham, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for passionate individuals who have previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and are confident providing support on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with their learning, development, communication, behaviour and individual educational needs.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential.
- Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of different SEN needs and the ability to adapt your approach to individual pupils.
- A patient, caring and resilient approach to supporting children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
