The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with SEND on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Work with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional learning needs.
• Support students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
• Promote independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Support emotional wellbeing and social development.
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals.
• Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
