We’re looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join our growing team in the West Midlands, supporting a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential works across:

• Bridge maintenance and repair schemes
• Water and wastewater infrastructure
• Pumping stations and associated MEICA works
• Deep excavations and complex civils packages

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, working closely with pre-construction, engineering, and commercial teams to develop winning bids. You’ll contribute to project strategy, risk identification, and value engineering across a variety of challenging and high-impact schemes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in estimating within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of bridge works, water sector projects, or deep excavations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience working with NEC contracts (desirable)
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
