Are you passionate about helping children gain confidence with their learning?

We are recruiting Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for Early Years and KS1 opportunities across Bradley Stoke, Patchway and Stoke Gifford.

Positions include long-term, full-time and flexible supply work, giving you the choice between becoming part of one school community or working across multiple settings.

The role

Working alongside the class teacher, you could support children through:

  • Phonics and early reading
  • Early writing and numeracy
  • Small-group interventions
  • 1:1 learning support
  • Classroom activities
  • Developing confidence and independence
  • Additional SEND support

We're looking for someone who can make learning feel positive, accessible and achievable, particularly for children who may need a little extra encouragement.

Previous school experience is valuable, but candidates with relevant experience from childcare, tutoring, mentoring, SEND or youth work are also encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
