Hours: Monday 8:30am - 4:30pm | Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm | Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Are you a recent graduate looking for meaningful experience within education?
We are recruiting Academic Mentors to support secondary-aged students who require encouragement, guidance, and support with their learning.
This role is ideal for graduates considering careers within education or child-focused professions.
Your Duties
- Supporting students during lessons
- Assisting pupils with coursework and classroom activities
- Delivering targeted academic interventions
- Helping students develop confidence in learning
- Encouraging attendance and participation
- Working alongside teachers to improve student outcomes
Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
- Confident and approachable
- Able to motivate and inspire young people
- Excellent interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
