Protocol Education are recruiting Graduate Trainee Teaching Assistants in Peterlee.

This is an opportunity to gain genuine classroom experience while being supported as you develop your skills.

The Role

You will:

• Support pupils in lessons
• Work 1:1 and in small groups
• Help students overcome barriers to learning
• Support pupils with SEND
• Encourage positive behaviour
• Build relationships with young people
• Support literacy and communication
• Promote independence
• Work alongside teachers

Suitable Degrees Include

Psychology | Sociology | Criminology | Education | Sports | English | Childhood Studies | Social Sciences

You don't need previous school experience.

Drivers Advantageous

A full driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous, giving you access to a wider range of schools and placements.
