SEN Teaching Assistant – Ponteland (Full-Time)

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist educational setting in Ponteland. You'll work with pupils who have a range of additional learning needs, providing patient and consistent support that helps them access education, develop independence and grow in confidence. This is a varied and rewarding role where your encouragement can make a meaningful difference every day.

You'll be caring, patient and able to adapt your approach to different learners. You'll understand the importance of consistency and be committed to helping pupils feel safe, included and capable.

Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching or support work is welcomed, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
