The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities, high-quality interactions, and a safe, stimulating environment. You will work closely with colleagues, children, and families to help every child reach their full potential.

Essential Requirements

✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) - this is a non-negotiable requirement

✅ Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

✅ Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
• Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational growth
• Carry out observations, assessments, and learning records in line with EYFS requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
