What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Creating positive learning environments where children feel supported and motivated
• Following school planning or adapting lessons to meet pupil needs
• Managing classrooms confidently and promoting excellent behaviour
• Assessing learning and providing feedback where required
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Supporting pupils with SEND and adapting learning appropriately
• Maintaining high safeguarding standards at all times
• Bringing enthusiasm, energy and professionalism to every classroom

Who We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Confidence teaching within the primary age range
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, adaptable and happy working across different school settings
• Passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK

What We Need to Clear You

• Passport/proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address (such as a driving licence, utility bill or council tax statement)
• A CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• References covering the last two years, including education-based references where applicable
• An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for three months or more in the past five years
