The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or is at the appropriate stage of obtaining it for the role.
• Is passionate about teaching and supporting children's development.
• Has experience leading lessons or teaching a class.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Is enthusiastic, adaptable, reliable and keen to develop professionally.
• Is flexible with travel arrangements and comfortable using public transport.
