Teaching Assistant – Richmond

Location: Richmond, Greater London
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent

Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Richmond.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
  • Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • A willingness to learn and contribute positively to school life.
