Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveying professional to join a growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking either a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong traditional QS experience and the ability to add value across commercial operations during a key growth phase of the business.

The Role

Initially, the successful candidate will take a hands-on approach across core Quantity Surveying and commercial management duties while supporting the expansion of the wider team. As the business grows, the role will naturally evolve into a more strategic and managerial position with reduced day-to-day QS responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Measurement and valuation of works
• Cost management and commercial reporting
• Variations, procurement, and subcontract management
• Contract administration and commercial support
• Managing project financial performance and identifying value opportunities
• Supporting the development and growth of the commercial team

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor position
• Strong traditional QS background
• Experience within construction projects (Mix use would be ideal)
• Ideally experience working on mixed-use construction developments
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a developing and fast-growing environment
• Previous Middle East experience preferred
