Science Teacher – Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Are you a Science Teacher looking for greater flexibility from September, or are you searching for your next longer-term school placement?
We are recruiting Science Teachers to work with secondary schools across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for day-to-day cover, regular supply and longer-term positions.
We welcome applications from teachers with a specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, as well as those comfortable teaching general Science.
What you could be teaching

• Science across Key Stages 3 and 4
• GCSE Science and individual science disciplines
• Practical and theory-based lessons
• Existing schemes of work and lesson plans
• Your own planned lessons for longer-term placements

You will be expected to create a positive learning environment, manage behaviour effectively and support students to make progress.
We are looking for:

• QTS or recognised teaching experience
• Secondary Science teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge
• Confidence teaching KS3 and GCSE
• Good classroom management
• A professional and adaptable approach
• The ability to engage students and encourage curiosity
