Buyer - Residential Housebuilding (Rugby Area)

An established and highly regarded housebuilder is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team in the Rugby area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a quality-driven developer delivering well-designed homes across the region.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + package

Key Responsibilities:

• Procuring materials and subcontract packages in line with project requirements

• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating best value

• Ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet build programmes

• Monitoring costs and supporting commercial targets

• Working closely with Commercial and Construction teams

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Buyer role within residential housebuilding

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good knowledge of materials procurement and supply chain management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
