Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail

A leading UK contractor delivering telecoms, signalling, and infrastructure solutions across the rail sector is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the continued growth of its commercial team.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will:
-    Manage the commercial delivery of multiple rail projects/frameworks
-    Oversee subcontractor management, variations, and final accounts
-    Produce and manage CVRs, forecasts, and cost reporting
-    Ensure effective contract administration (primarily NEC)
-    Support commercial strategy and project profitability
-    Work closely with operational teams to drive performance
 

What We're Looking For
-    Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the rail sector
-    Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes
-    Experience managing variations, CVRs, subcontractors, and final accounts
-    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
