Protocol Education is looking for confident, resilient and empathetic Behaviour Support Assistants to work across Primary, Secondary and Specialist SEND settings.

This role focuses on supporting pupils who require additional guidance to manage emotions, build positive relationships and engage successfully with their education.

The Role

You'll work alongside teachers and pastoral teams to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support
  • Implementing behaviour strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
