Client‑Side Scheduler/Planner
Client-Side Scheduler / Planner – Data Centre Campus, Finland
Location: Seinäjoki, Finland (site-based, 5 days per week)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Rolling Contract
Sector: Data Centres | Mission-Critical Construction
About the Opportunity
We're recruiting a Client-Side Scheduler / Planner for a multi data centre campus in Finland, with a masterplan running several years across multiple phases - rare continuity in a sector where most planning roles wrap in 18 months. Our client is a highly reputable, internationally recognised developer delivering some of the region's most technically complex, high-value data centre projects.
As the Client-Side Scheduler / Planner, you'll independently review, validate, and challenge the contractor's programme to protect the client's position under FIDIC - owning the critical path narrative, defending against EOT claims, and directly influencing the Ready-for-Service (RFS) outcome. It's a seat with real authority, direct visibility to client PMO and executives, and a legacy project to build a career on.
If you're a senior Client-Side Scheduler / Planner looking for scale, longevity, and genuine influence over outcomes, this is worth a conversation.
