This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a high-achieving, supportive school with engaged students, excellent behaviour, and a strong commitment to staff development.

The teaching timetable will primarily consist of Key Stage 3 IT/Core IT (Years 7–9). Depending on the successful candidate's experience, there may also be opportunities to teach Creative iMedia and GCSE Computer Science.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Be passionate about delivering engaging and creative IT lessons.
  • Have strong classroom management skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for students.
  • Ideally have experience teaching Key Stage 3 IT, with the ability to teach GCSE Computer Science and/or Creative iMedia being an advantage.

This position is available from September on a part-time basis (Monday to Wednesday). The initial requirement is expected to run until December, although there may be the opportunity for the role to continue.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
