We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to provide high-quality support for a child with additional needs within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and wider school team to ensure the child can access learning, develop independence and feel safe, valued and included throughout the school day.

This role includes supporting the child during classroom activities and less structured times, helping them engage positively with learning, develop relationships with peers and build confidence and independence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
