What this job involves:
Supporting the team You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project - from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Data Center Projects.
Managing multiple projects concurrently Several projects are on-going at various stages hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted to stakeholders. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key.

- Have prior experience in Data Center Project Management in a consultancy environment, or as a Consultant or Contractor
- An M&E or C&S Engineering background will be advantageous

To apply you need to be:
Client-centric problem solver A degree in a relevant field and/or around three to ten years' experience in design, construction, and project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. A strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management is advantageous - including schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation. Expertise in surveying client needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals is essential, as is the ability to carry out value engineering, buildability analysis, and critical reviews of design and documentation.
Business savvy and action-oriented A high level of technical expertise and business understanding is required. Strong working knowledge of project products, systems, processes, tools and best practices. Ability to handle complex site operations, negotiate risk-assessed solutions, and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
A great communicator with superb organisational skills Ability to lead and motivate project team members, foster a collaborative environment and communicate clearly across all levels. A structured and organised approach with an eye for detail is essential, as is confidence with technology platforms used in project delivery.
