Are you an experienced HLTA or Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Slough?
Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough, Berkshire (SL2) who are looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team.
This is a full-time, long-term position within a supportive school environment, with the opportunity to work across the school and provide high-quality support to pupils and teachers.

The Role
Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Slough, Berkshire (SL1)
Contract: Long-Term
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: Dependent on experience
We're Looking For an HLTA Who:
✨ Has HLTA status or strong experience working at HLTA level
✨ Has experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
✨ Is confident delivering lessons and covering classes when required
✨ Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✨ Can work independently while following school planning and guidance
✨ Creates engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning environments
✨ Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
✨ Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupil progress
