Protocol Education is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Slough.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and SEMH.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and social development.
- Support behaviour management and help create a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- Patient, caring, and adaptable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
