Are you an experienced SENCo looking for a new opportunity in Slough?
Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough, Berkshire (SL1) who are looking for a passionate and experienced SENCo to join their team for an immediate start.
This is a full-time, long-term position, supporting the school’s SEND provision and working closely with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals.

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
We're Looking For a SENCo Who:
✨ Has experience working as a SENCo or leading SEND provision
✨ Has a strong understanding of SEND, EHCPs and the graduated approach
✨ Can work effectively with teachers, support staff, parents and external professionals
✨ Has strong knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding
✨ Can provide effective support, advice and guidance to staff
✨ Is organised, proactive and confident managing SEND processes
✨ Is passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs
