We are seeking talented Risk Professionals at multiple levels to join a growing project controls and PMO function supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programmes. Working within a complex project environment, you'll be responsible for driving best-practice risk management processes, supporting programme teams, and helping ensure successful project delivery through effective identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting of risks and opportunities.
 

Available Opportunities
Senior Risk Manager
Lead the risk management strategy across major programmes, providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders and ensuring mature risk governance is embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
 

Risk Manager
Manage project and programme risk activities, facilitate workshops, maintain risk registers, and provide meaningful analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
 

Junior PMO Risk Manager
Support the PMO and project teams with risk administration, reporting, governance and data analysis while developing a strong foundation in project risk management.
 

Key Responsibilities
-    Establish and maintain project and programme risk registers.
-    Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops.
-    Develop and track risk action plans and ownership.
-    Produce risk reports, dashboards and management information for stakeholders.
-    Analyse risk exposure, trends and emerging threats.
-    Support governance reviews and risk assurance activities.
-    Ensure risk management processes align with recognised best practices.
-    Work collaboratively with project, PMO and delivery teams to improve project outcomes.
-    Support opportunity management alongside traditional risk processes.
 

About You
For Senior Risk Managers
-    Extensive experience managing risk within major projects or programmes.
-    Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership interaction.
-    Experience developing risk frameworks and governance processes.
-    Ability to lead workshops and provide strategic risk insight.
 

For Risk Managers
-    Proven experience in project or programme risk management.
-    Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
-    Experience maintaining risk registers and facilitating risk reviews.
-    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 

For Junior PMO Risk Managers
-    Experience within PMO, project controls, project support or risk functions.
-    Understanding of project governance and reporting principles.
-    Strong organisational and analytical skills.
-    Desire to build a career within project risk management.
 

Desirable Experience
-    Infrastructure, utilities, engineering, transportation, construction or capital project experience.
-    Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks.
-    Knowledge of project controls environments.
-    Experience using risk management tools such as Active Risk Manager (ARM), Primavera Risk Analysis or similar platforms.
-    Relevant qualifications such as APM, PMI-RMP, IRM or equivalent.
