Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Solihull (with travel across the Central region)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + bonus, car allowance and benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established residential developer. Working across a portfolio of housing projects, you'll play a key role in managing commercial performance from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract procurement and package management.

• Monitor project budgets, costs and financial forecasts.

• Manage valuations, variations and final accounts.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks.

• Produce CVRs and cash flow reports.

• Work closely with site and technical teams to support successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience within the housebuilding or residential sector.

• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; COINS experience is beneficial.

• Full UK driving licence.
