

Behaviour Support Worker - Education

We are recruiting Behaviour Support Workers to join specialist education settings supporting children and young people with SEMH, Autism and additional learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
- Delivering 1:1 mentoring and classroom support.
- Promoting positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
- Assisting with behaviour management strategies.
- Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or young people.
- A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
