We are recruiting Behaviour Support Workers to join specialist education settings supporting children and young people with SEMH, Autism and additional learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Delivering 1:1 mentoring and classroom support.
• Promoting positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
• Assisting with behaviour management strategies.
• Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children or young people.
• A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
