Protocol Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a pupil within a KS1 class at a welcoming primary school in Southend-on-Sea. The Role

- Full-time position
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil within a KS1 classroom
- Supporting learning, engagement, and social development
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring progress and adapting support strategies as needed

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable
- Confident working on a 1:1 basis
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
