Protocol Education are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a warm, inclusive and welcoming primary school in Southend-on-Sea.

The Role

Full-time Year 3 class teacher position
Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, monitor and track pupil progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
Contribute positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential
