Are you looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream primary schools, supporting pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
We have flexible daily supply roles for those seeking variety, as well as long-term placements for candidates looking to build strong relationships within a school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups of pupils.
- Assist children with SEN including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs and learning difficulties.
- Support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them develop positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
- Encourage engagement, participation and independence in learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare or support setting.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH is desirable.
- Calm, patient and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.
- A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
