We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Engagement Coach to work part-time, 2days a week, 5 hours a day in our St Albans school setting.

This role is perfect for someone who can inspire, motivate and support pupils who may need extra encouragement to engage positively with learning and school life.

You will work closely with pupils, families and staff to build confidence, improve attendance, develop resilience and help children achieve success both academically and personally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
