Protocol Education is seeking skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support schools across Sunderland with a particular focus on SEND support and targeted interventions.

This role would suit an experienced TA who is confident delivering structured support programmes and helping pupils make measurable progress.

Role Details

• Working hours: 8:30am-3:30pm or 8:30am-4:30pm

• Term-time only

• Long-term opportunity with permanent potential

Responsibilities

• Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions

• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs

• Tracking and recording pupil progress

• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs

• Supporting classroom learning across a range of year groups

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience delivering interventions

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
