Protocol Education are looking for a confident and resilient SEN Teacher specialising in SEMH and behaviour to work within a specialist setting in Sunderland.

This role would suit a teacher who understands that positive relationships are often the foundation for successful learning.

The pupils may have experienced difficulties within mainstream education and require a more structured, consistent and personalised approach.

The successful teacher will understand the importance of consistency, patience and clear boundaries when working with pupils who may display challenging behaviour.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Resilient and emotionally consistent
