We're seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join one of our fantastic specialist partner schools in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Delivering engaging lessons across Maths, English, Science, and General Cover

✅ Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and learning profiles

✅ Planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs and abilities

✅ Building positive relationships that promote confidence, independence, and success

✅ Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, parents, and wider professionals

✅ Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every pupil can thrive

✅ Celebrating progress in all its forms, no matter how big or small

What We're Looking For

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

✔️ Previous experience within SEND, Alternative Provision, Specialist Education, or a similar setting

✔️ A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching

✔️ Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

✔️ A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs

✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
