About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who have a range of needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
• Communication and Interaction needs

You will help create a positive learning environment, support students both in and out of the classroom, and encourage independence and personal development.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

✅ Have experience working with SEN, care, youth work, coaching, support work or similar backgrounds (desirable but not essential)
✅ Can build positive relationships with students and staff
