We are working with inclusive and supportive schools seeking experienced teachers to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, and communication difficulties.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Develop and implement effective EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes progress and independence.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to support student development.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.

Requirements:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification is essential.
✅ Previous experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs.
✅ Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, is required.
