Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology integration activities across large-scale infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing the successful integration of multiple technology systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with operational requirements.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will oversee project delivery from planning through implementation, while managing risks, budgets, reporting, and change control.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage technology integration activities across complex infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple technology workstreams, including communications, security, audiovisual, and network-related systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial, finance, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on project scope, programme, and budget.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and technology vendors responsible for the design, supply, and implementation of integrated systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved in accordance with programme requirements.
- Develop, manage, and report on integration budgets, including labour, equipment, and third-party costs.
- Organise project meetings, site visits, progress reviews, and maintain accurate project documentation and meeting records.
- Coordinate scope management and change control activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and communicating issues to senior stakeholders where appropriate.
- Produce regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and client representatives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and governance.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- Relevant industry accreditation or professional certification (e.g. BICSI, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programmes with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects to demanding deadlines.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed and cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
