This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading housing developer on a new social housing refurbishment project focusing on roofing repairs. 

Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a social housing refurbishment project in Wakefield, with plans of more projects in the pipeline in the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Site Manager

• Management of method statements and risk assessments

• Support the planning and coordination of site activities

• Liaise regularly with residents, clients and colleagues

Experience required for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SSSTS Card and in date

• Previous social housing refurb experience 

Package offered for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• £40,000 - £45,000 Salary
